1. Before you start working with web services, carefully read these recommendations and documentation for specific web services

2. Necessary concepts of client structure

Sales organization

  • This is the current shipping location, i.e. from where the goods will be shipped, directly to the Client along the "Route" or from where the Client will pick up the goods during "Pickup" 
  • is characterized by a code (field VKORG in services) and name (field PROGRAM_NAME
  • in the ETP is displayed in the upper left corner of the page under our company logo 
  • You can get a list of available Sales Organizations in the service group "Services by user settings" by calling the service "Service for receiving sales organizations of the client"

Client

  • This is a complex, unifying concept, characterized by a set of interrelated objects, which uniquely identifies both the client himself and the rules of his interaction with our company

Client structure

It turns out in in the service group "Services for user settings" by calling the service "Service for obtaining client structure". The Client structure has the following elements:

Lead Client

  • Code (in services field KUNAG) and Name (in the services field SNAME) of the entire client structure in our company
  • In the ETP it is displayed in the black panel of the current structure:
  • When calling services is not indicated anywhere, because determined by login

Buyer

This is the organization, individual entrepreneur or individual who directly purchases goods and makes payments for them.

  • Code (in services field& ;nbsp;KUNNR_RG) and Нname (in the service client structure field SNAME< ;span style="line-height: 20.8px;">) 
  • In the ETP it is displayed in the black panel of the current structure:
  • Code Located in an array RG_TAB in field KUNNR

Consignee

Submitted to Buyer

  • Code (in services field& ;nbsp;KUNNR_WE) and Нname (in the service client structure field SNAME
  • Code Located in the WE array_TAB in the field KUNNR

Delivery address or Receipt location

Subordinate to the Buyer and is the place where the goods are delivered. The delivery route is associated with the delivery address.

  • Code (in services field& ;nbsp;KUNNR_ZA) and Hnaming (in the service client structure field SNAME
  • Code Located in the ZA array_TAB in field KUNNR

Agreement

For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the main document regulating interactions with our company. Subordinate to the Buyer

  • Code (field in services VBELN)
  • Code Located in an array DOGOVOR_TAB in field VBELN

Contact person

Subordinate to the buyer and is a specific person who is responsible for receiving the goods from the Buyer.

  • Code (field in services PARNR)
  • Code Located in an array CONTACT_TAB in field PARNR

3. Necessary concepts of searching and ordering

Search type

Determines where the system will look for remnants of the required article. Can take the following values:

  1. The search will only be carried out at the warehouse "Shipping Place". In the ETP in the search it will be displayed with a green warehouse indicator
  2. The search will be carried out as in warehouse "Places shipment", and at all available warehouses of our company . In the ETP in the search it will be displayed with a yellow warehouse indicator.
  3. The search will be carried out as in warehouse "Places shipment" and at all available warehouses of our company, and at the warehouses of our partners. In the ETP in the search it will be displayed with a red warehouse indicator.

Pickup Sign

Signals to the system that delivery of the goods is not needed and the Client will pick up the goods HIMSELF:

  • If you need to pick up in the field INCOTERMS the value "1" is written, otherwise "0" or leave the field blank
  • When this attribute is set, the field KUNNR_ZA will be filled in NOT required< /li>

PIN

  • Looking part number

Brand

  • Brand name of the part you are looking for
  • ONLY the name of the brand accepted in OUR company is entered in this field.
  • You can get a list of brands and how they are designated in OUR company   ;in the service group "Services for user settings" by calling the service "Service for obtaining a list of brands". 

    Warehouse

    Because. Since stocks are searched for and ordered from various warehouses, the concept of "Warehouse" is introduced into the system. This concept in all services is identified by the field KEYZAK

    • In web search services, each position must have a warehouse code KEYZAK
    • When creating orders, the KEYZAK received value must be translated into the ITEMS structure when searching, for the corresponding position
